Before registering take a moment and review the agenda and new conference options. This will help your selection of events and pre conference seminar choices during online registration.
Register Online.
Remember your user name and password from ETC 2008? Great! Enter this information and your contact information will automatically pop up. Don't have an ETC user name and password or forgot them? Simply input your email address in the first step of on line registration. A return email with your information and a link to the registration form will immediately be sent to you. What if you DON'T receive the email with the link and your user name and password? Please check your server or Organization's spam filter. It is probably there. If not, email us at conference@travelearning.com or call us at 406-745-4800 and we will help you personally. NEED to register multiple persons from your Organization?? Each delegate must be registered separately. Do not overwrite an existing registration as all information for that delegate will be lost. Just type in a second email address at the bottom of the REGISTER NOW page and you will be sent a separate password and user name.
Payment and Deadlines.
To simplify your payment process we have expanded the payment options. Don't miss out on discounted registration fees for payments received by December 18, 2008 for Planners and December 4, 2008 for Destinations, Tour Operators and Travel Suppliers.
...and US Tour Operators: Display tabletops in the Bazaar are no longer assigned by alphabetical order, but rather by date of registration payment within the tour operator section.
Hotel Reservations.
This year we found time on the agenda for a night's rest, however, with pre-Mardi Gras festivities city wide, you might not take much time to rest! Don't forget - Book online to secure the heavily discounted conference rate @ $165 S/D at the New Orleans Marriott Hotel before January 5, 2009 and/or before the room block sells out to avoid higher rates. You can easily book your hotel room at the same time as you register for the conference online. After submitting your registration you will be given the option to book your hotel. |
